وَيَقُوْلُ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا لَسْتَ مُرْسَلًا ۗ قُلْ كَفٰى بِاللّٰهِ شَهِيْدًاۢ بَيْنِيْ وَبَيْنَكُمْۙ وَمَنْ عِنْدَهٗ عِلْمُ الْكِتٰبِ ࣖ   ( الرعد: ٤٣ )

wayaqūlu
وَيَقُولُ
And say
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
kafarū
كَفَرُوا۟
disbelieve
lasta
لَسْتَ
"You are not
mur'salan
مُرْسَلًاۚ
a Messenger"
qul
قُلْ
Say
kafā
كَفَىٰ
"Sufficient
bil-lahi
بِٱللَّهِ
(is) Allah
shahīdan
شَهِيدًۢا
(as) a Witness
baynī
بَيْنِى
between me
wabaynakum
وَبَيْنَكُمْ
and between you
waman
وَمَنْ
and whoever
ʿindahu
عِندَهُۥ
[he] has
ʿil'mu
عِلْمُ
knowledge
l-kitābi
ٱلْكِتَٰبِ
(of) the Book"

Wa yaqoolul lazeena kafaroo lasta mursalaa; qul kafaa billaahi shaheedam bainee wa bainakum wa man 'indahoo 'ilmul Kitaab (ar-Raʿd 13:43)

Sahih International:

And those who have disbelieved say, "You are not a messenger." Say, [O Muhammad], "Sufficient is Allah as Witness between me and you, and [the witness of] whoever has knowledge of the Scripture." (Ar-Ra'd [13] : 43)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

The disbelievers say, “You are not a messenger.” Say, “Allah is sufficient as a witness between me and you, and those too (are my witnesses) who have the knowledge of the Book.”
