And those who believed and did righteous deeds will be admitted to gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding eternally therein by permission of their Lord; and their greeting therein will be, "Peace!" (Ibrahim [14] : 23)

And those who believed and performed righteous deeds, they are admitted to gardens underneath which rivers flow, abiding (khlidna is a circumstantial qualifier of an implied situation) therein by the leave of their Lord, their greeting therein, from God and from the angels, and between themselves; `Peace!'.
Their way of request therein will be Subhanaka Allahumma (glory to you, O Allah) and Salam (peace!) will be their greetings therein (Paradise)!
And the close of their request will be;Al-Hamdu Lillahi Rabbil-'Alamin (all praise to Allah the Lord of that exists). (10;10)
28 Almuntakhab Fi Tafsir Alquran Alkarim
But those whose hearts reflected the image of religious and spiritual virtues and their deeds wisdom and piety have been enrolled as the honoured inmates of the beatitude of heaven in blissful gardens beneath which rivers flow wherein they will have passed through nature to Eternity, Allah willing, greeted by the angels with the customary formula conducive to the feeling of security and peace of mind, "Peace
