Al-Hijr Verse 58

They replied, “We have actually been sent to a wicked people.

They said, “We have been sent to a wicked people,

They said, 'We have been sent unto a people of sinners,

They replied, ‘We have been sent to a people who are guilty.’

They said: verily we have been sent unto a people guilty-

They said; "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin,

They said: "Verily we have been sent to a guilty people

"We have been sent," they said, "to (punish) a sinful people,

They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.”

They said, ‘We have been sent toward a guilty people,

They said: "Indeed, we have been sent to a people who are all criminals,

They said, `We have been sent to (destroy) a guilty people.

They said: "We are sent to a nation (of) criminals/sinners

They said, "We have been sent towards a guilty nation."

They said, "Verily, we are sent unto a people deeply in guilt

They (the angels) said: "We have been sent to a people who are Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners).

He said: What is your business, then, O messengers?

They said: Surely we are sent towards a guilty people,

They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk,

They said, "We are sent to a sinful people.

They replied: 'We are sent to sinful nation.

They said: "We have been sent to a guilty people."

They said, "We have been sent forth to a guilty people."

They said, “We were sent to a sinful people.”

They said, `We have been sent to a sinning folk, a disbelieving [folk], namely, the people of Lot, in order to destroy them;

They said, We have been sent to a guilty people.

meaning the people of Lut.

إِلاَّ الَ لُوطٍ إِنَّا لَمُنَجُّوهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ

We have been sent", the Messengers said, "to a sinful people who grow daily more and more wicked
