وَاللّٰهُ اَنْزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاۤءِ مَاۤءً فَاَحْيَا بِهِ الْاَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَاۗ اِنَّ فِيْ ذٰلِكَ لَاٰيَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يَّسْمَعُوْنَ ࣖ   ( النحل: ٦٥ )

wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
And Allah
anzala
أَنزَلَ
sends down
mina
مِنَ
from
l-samāi
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
the sky
māan
مَآءً
water
fa-aḥyā
فَأَحْيَا
then gives life
bihi
بِهِ
by it
l-arḍa
ٱلْأَرْضَ
(to) the earth
baʿda
بَعْدَ
after
mawtihā
مَوْتِهَآۚ
its death
inna
إِنَّ
Indeed
فِى
in
dhālika
ذَٰلِكَ
that
laāyatan
لَءَايَةً
(is) surely a Sign
liqawmin
لِّقَوْمٍ
for a people
yasmaʿūna
يَسْمَعُونَ
who listen

Wallaahu anzala minas samaaa'i maaa'an fa ahyaa bihil arda ba'da mawtihaa; inna fee zaalika la aayatal liqaw miny yasma'oon (an-Naḥl 16:65)

Sahih International:

And Allah has sent down rain from the sky and given life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness. Indeed in that is a sign for a people who listen. (An-Nahl [16] : 65)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

Allah sent down water from the heavens and revived the land with it after it was dead. Surely, in that there is a sign for a people who listen.
