وَاِنْ مِّنْكُمْ اِلَّا وَارِدُهَا ۚ كَانَ عَلٰى رَبِّكَ حَتْمًا مَّقْضِيًّا ۚ  ( مريم: ٧١ )

(will be) passing over it

an inevitability
maqḍiyyan
مَّقْضِيًّا
decreed

Wa im minkum illaa waa riduhaa; kaana 'alaa Rabbika hatmam maqdiyyaa (Maryam 19:71)

Sahih International:

And there is none of you except he will come to it. This is upon your Lord an inevitability decreed. (Maryam [19] : 71)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

There is none among you who does not have to arrive at it. This is undertaken by your Lord as an absolute decree, bound to be enforced.
