l-samāwāti
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
the heavens
wamā
وَمَا
and whatever
فِى
(is) in
l-arḍi
ٱلْأَرْضِۗ
the earth.
wa-inna
وَإِنَّ
And indeed,
l-laha
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
lahuwa
لَهُوَ
surely, He
l-ghaniyu
ٱلْغَنِىُّ
(is) Free of need,
l-ḥamīdu
ٱلْحَمِيدُ
the Praiseworthy.

Lahoo ma fis samaawaati wa ma fil ard; wa innal laaha la Huwal Ghaniyyul Hameed

Sahih International:

To Him belongs what is in the heavens and what is on the earth. And indeed, Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.

To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth. And surely God is He Who is the All-Wealthy and Self-Sufficient (absolutely independent of the whole creation), the All-Praiseworthy (Who provides for all of them as their Lord).

All that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth belongs to Him and Allâh is Self- Sufficient (having no needs) and Worthy of all praise (in His Own right).

For Him what (is) in the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth, and that God, He is (E) the rich, the praiseworthy/commendable.

23 Tafsir jalalayn

To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth, in terms of ownership. Surely God, He is Independent, of His servants, Praiseworthy, to His friends.

24 Tafseer Ibn Kathir

لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الاَْرْضِ

To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth.

He owns all things, and He has no need of anything besides Himself, everything is in need of Him and in a state of submission to Him.

وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لَهُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ



And verily, Allah -- He is Rich, Worthy of all praise.
