وَاِذَا دُعُوْٓا اِلَى اللّٰهِ وَرَسُوْلِهٖ لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَهُمْ اِذَا فَرِيْقٌ مِّنْهُمْ مُّعْرِضُوْنَ   ( النور: ٤٨ )

a party

مِّنْهُم
of them
muʿ'riḍūna
مُّعْرِضُونَ
(is) averse

Wa izaa du'ooo ilal laahi wa Rasoolihee li yahkuma bainahum izaa fareequm minhum mu'ridoon (an-Nūr 24:48)

Sahih International:

And when they are called to [the words of] Allah and His Messenger to judge between them, at once a party of them turns aside [in refusal]. (An-Nur [24] : 48)

When they are summoned to Allah and His messenger that he (the messenger) may judge between them, in no time a group of them turns averse.
