Ash-Shu'ara Verse 98

when we made you equal to the Lord of all worlds.

when we deemed you equal to the Lord of the worlds.

when we made you equal with the Lord of all Being.

when we made you equal with the Lord of the Worlds.

When we equalled you with the Lord of the worlds.

"'When we held you as equals with the Lord of the Worlds;

when we assigned to you a position equal to that of the Lord of the Universe.

In equating you with the Lord of all the worlds;

“When we considered you equal to the Lord Of The Creation.”

when we equated you with the Lord of all the worlds!

"When we held you as equals (in worship and obedience) to the Lord of the worlds.

`In holding you (- deities) as equal with the Lord of the worlds,

When/if we make you equal with the creations all together`s/(universes`) Lord.

“When we considered you equal to the Lord Of The Creation.”

"´By Allah! In truth, we were in manifest error,

When We held you (false gods) as equals (in worship) with the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists);

They will say, while they quarrel therein:

When we made you equal to the Lord of the worlds;

When we made you equal with the Lord of the Worlds.

when we considered you equal to the Lord of the Universe.

when we made you equal with the Lord of the Worlds.

"When we held you as equals with the Lord of all that exists;"

when we made you equal with the Lord of the Universe.

For equating you with the Lord of the Worlds.

when we equated you, in worship, with the Lord of the Worlds.

They will say while contending therein, "By Allah, we were truly in a manifest error, when we held you as equals with the Lord of all that exists."

The weak ones among them will say to their arrogant leaders;`Verily, we were following you; can you avail us anything from the Fire!' Then they will realize that themselves are to blame and will say;

تَاللَّهِ إِن كُنَّا لَفِي ضَلَالٍ مُّبِينٍ


إِذْ نُسَوِّيكُم بِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ


By Allah, we were truly in a manifest error, when we held you as equals with the Lord of all that exists.

meaning, `we obeyed your commands as we should have obeyed the commands of the Lord of the all that exits, and we worshipped you along with the Lord of all that exits.'

وَمَا أَضَلَّنَا إِلاَّ الْمُجْرِمُونَ
