فَاَصْبَحَ فِى الْمَدِيْنَةِ خَاۤىِٕفًا يَّتَرَقَّبُ فَاِذَا الَّذِى اسْتَنْصَرَهٗ بِالْاَمْسِ يَسْتَصْرِخُهٗ ۗقَالَ لَهٗ مُوْسٰٓى اِنَّكَ لَغَوِيٌّ مُّبِيْنٌ   ( القصص: ١٨ )

fa-aṣbaḥa
فَأَصْبَحَ
In the morning he was
فِى
in
l-madīnati
ٱلْمَدِينَةِ
the city
khāifan
خَآئِفًا
fearful
yataraqqabu
يَتَرَقَّبُ
(and) was vigilant
fa-idhā
فَإِذَا
when behold!
alladhī
ٱلَّذِى
The one who
is'tanṣarahu
ٱسْتَنصَرَهُۥ
sought his help
bil-amsi
بِٱلْأَمْسِ
the previous day
yastaṣrikhuhu
يَسْتَصْرِخُهُۥۚ
cried out to him for help
qāla
قَالَ
Said
lahu
لَهُۥ
to him
mūsā
مُوسَىٰٓ
Musa
innaka
إِنَّكَ
"Indeed you
laghawiyyun
لَغَوِىٌّ
(are) surely a deviator
mubīnun
مُّبِينٌ
clear"

Fa asbaha fil madeenati khaaa'ifany yataraqqabu fa izal lazis tansarahoo bil amsi yastasrikhuh; qaala lahoo moosaaa innaka laghawiyyum mubeen (al-Q̈aṣaṣ 28:18)

Sahih International:

And he became inside the city fearful and anticipating [exposure], when suddenly the one who sought his help the previous day cried out to him [once again]. Moses said to him, "Indeed, you are an evident, [persistent] deviator." (Al-Qasas [28] : 18)

Then next morning he was fearful in the city, waiting (for what comes next) when the man who sought his help the day before, shouted to him for help (again). Mūsā said to him, “You are surely a clear trouble-maker.”
