اَمْ حَسِبَ الَّذِيْنَ يَعْمَلُوْنَ السَّيِّاٰتِ اَنْ يَّسْبِقُوْنَا ۗسَاۤءَ مَا يَحْكُمُوْنَ ( العنكبوت: ٤ )

ٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِ
evil deeds

يَسْبِقُونَاۚ
they can outrun Us
sāa
سَآءَ
Evil is
mā
مَا
what
yaḥkumūna
يَحْكُمُونَ
they judge
Am hasibal lazeena ya'maloonas sayyiaati any yasbiqoonaa; saaa'a maa yahkumoon (al-ʿAnkabūt 29:4)
Sahih International:
Or do those who do evil deeds think they can outrun [i.e., escape] Us? Evil is what they judge. (Al-'Ankabut [29] : 4)
