وَلَىِٕنْ سَاَلْتَهُمْ مَّنْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضَ وَسَخَّرَ الشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ لَيَقُوْلُنَّ اللّٰهُ ۗفَاَنّٰى يُؤْفَكُوْنَ  ( العنكبوت: ٦١ )

wala-in
وَلَئِن
And if
sa-altahum
سَأَلْتَهُم
you ask them
man
مَّنْ
"Who
khalaqa
خَلَقَ
created
l-samāwāti
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
the heavens
wal-arḍa
وَٱلْأَرْضَ
and the earth
wasakhara
وَسَخَّرَ
and subjected
l-shamsa
ٱلشَّمْسَ
the sun
wal-qamara
وَٱلْقَمَرَ
and the moon?"
layaqūlunna
لَيَقُولُنَّ
Surely they would say
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُۖ
"Allah"
fa-annā
فَأَنَّىٰ
Then how
yu'fakūna
يُؤْفَكُونَ
are they deluded?

Wa la'in sa altahum man khalaqas samaawaati wal arda wa sakhkharash shamsa wal qamara la yaqoolunnal laahu fa ann yu'fakoon (al-ʿAnkabūt 29:61)

Sahih International:

If you asked them, "Who created the heavens and earth and subjected the sun and the moon?" they would surely say, "Allah." Then how are they deluded? (Al-'Ankabut [29] : 61)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

If you ask them as to who has created the heavens and the earth and has subjugated the sun and the moon, they will certainly say, “Allah”. How then are they driven aback (by their whims?)
