وَلِلّٰهِ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۗ وَاللّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ࣖ ( آل عمران: ١٨٩ )
walillahi
وَلِلَّهِ
And for Allah
mul'ku
مُلْكُ
(is the) dominion
l-samāwāti
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
(of) the heavens
wal-arḍi
وَٱلْأَرْضِۗ
and the earth
wal-lahu
وَٱللَّهُ
and Allah
ʿalā
عَلَىٰ
(is) on
kulli
كُلِّ
every
shayin
شَىْءٍ
thing
qadīrun
قَدِيرٌ
All-Powerful
Wa lillaahi mulkus samaawaati wal ard; wallaahu 'alaa kulli shai'in Qadeer (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:189)
Sahih International:
And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is over all things competent. (Ali 'Imran [3] : 189)

To Allah belongs the Kingdom of the heavens and the earth. Allah is powerful to do every thing.
