لِّيُنْذِرَ مَنْ كَانَ حَيًّا وَّيَحِقَّ الْقَوْلُ عَلَى الْكٰفِرِيْنَ ( يس: ٧٠ )

Liyunzira man kaana haiyanw-wa yahiqqal qawlu 'alal-kaafireen (Yāʾ Sīn 36:70)
Sahih International:
To warn whoever is alive and justify the word [i.e., decree] against the disbelievers. (Ya-Sin [36] : 70)

so that it may warn him who is alive (to listen to the truth), and so that the word may prove true against the disbelievers.
