اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا وَظَلَمُوْا لَمْ يَكُنِ اللّٰهُ لِيَغْفِرَ لَهُمْ وَلَا لِيَهْدِيَهُمْ طَرِيْقًاۙ   ( النساء: ١٦٨ )

Indeed
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
kafarū
كَفَرُوا۟
disbelieved
waẓalamū
وَظَلَمُوا۟
and did wrong
lam
لَمْ
not
yakuni
يَكُنِ
will
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُ
Allah
liyaghfira
لِيَغْفِرَ
[to] forgive
lahum
لَهُمْ
them
walā
وَلَا
and not
liyahdiyahum
لِيَهْدِيَهُمْ
He will guide them
ṭarīqan
طَرِيقًا
(to) a way

Innal lazeenakafaroo wa zalamoo lam yakkunillaahu liyaghfira lahum wa laa liyahdiyahum tareeqaa (an-Nisāʾ 4:168)

Sahih International:

Indeed, those who disbelieve and commit wrong [or injustice] – never will Allah forgive them, nor will He guide them to a path, (An-Nisa [4] : 168)

Surely, those who disbelieved and transgressed, Allah is not going to forgive them, nor to lead them to a way
