وَلَوْلَآ اَنْ يَّكُوْنَ النَّاسُ اُمَّةً وَّاحِدَةً لَّجَعَلْنَا لِمَنْ يَّكْفُرُ بِالرَّحْمٰنِ لِبُيُوْتِهِمْ سُقُفًا مِّنْ فِضَّةٍ وَّمَعَارِجَ عَلَيْهَا يَظْهَرُوْنَۙ   ( الزخرف: ٣٣ )

walawlā
وَلَوْلَآ
And if not
an
أَن
that
yakūna
يَكُونَ
(would) become
l-nāsu
ٱلنَّاسُ
[the] mankind
ummatan
أُمَّةً
a community
wāḥidatan
وَٰحِدَةً
one
lajaʿalnā
لَّجَعَلْنَا
We (would have) made
liman
لِمَن
for (one) who
yakfuru
يَكْفُرُ
disbelieves
bil-raḥmāni
بِٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ
in the Most Gracious
libuyūtihim
لِبُيُوتِهِمْ
for their houses
suqufan
سُقُفًا
roofs
min
مِّن
of
fiḍḍatin
فِضَّةٍ
silver
wamaʿārija
وَمَعَارِجَ
and stairways
ʿalayhā
عَلَيْهَا
upon which
yaẓharūna
يَظْهَرُونَ
they mount

Wa law laaa any yakoonan naasu ummatanw waahidatal laja'alnaa limany yakfuru bir Rahmaani libu yootihim suqufam min fiddatinw wa ma'aarija 'alaihaa yazharoon (az-Zukhruf 43:33)

Sahih International:

And if it were not that the people would become one community [of disbelievers], We would have made for those who disbelieve in the Most Merciful – for their houses – ceilings and stairways of silver upon which to mount. (Az-Zukhruf [43] : 33)

Were it not that all people would become of a single creed (i.e. disbelief), We would have caused, for those who disbelieve in RaHmān, roofs of their houses to be made of silver, and the stairs as well, on which they would climb,
