Ad-Dukhan Verse 57

as ˹an act of˺ grace from your Lord. That is ˹truly˺ the ultimate triumph.

as a grace from your Lord. That is the supreme triumph.

a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph.

a bounty from your Lord. That is the supreme triumph.

A bounty from thy Lord. That! that is the supreme achievement.

As a Bounty from thy Lord! that will be the supreme achievement!

as a favour from your Lord. That is the great triumph.

By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success.

By the munificence of your Lord; this is the great success.

—a grace from your Lord. That is the great success.

As a grace from your Lord. That is the supreme triumph.

(All this will take place by way of) grace from your Lord. That is the very great achievement indeed.

Grace/favour from you Lord, that (is) the success/triumph , the great.364

By the munificence of your Lord; this is the great success.

A grace from your Lord; this is the supreme achievement (or triumph).

As a Bounty from your Lord! That will be the supreme success!

They taste not therein death, except the first death; and He will save them from the chastisement of hell --

A grace from your Lord; this is the great achievement.

A bounty from thy Lord. That is the supreme triumph.

God will protect them from the torment of hell as a favor from your Lord. (Muhammad), this is certainly the greatest triumph.

as a bounty from your Lord. That will be the mighty triumph.

As a bounty from your Lord! That will be the supreme success!

as an act of grace. That will be the supreme triumph.

A favor from your Lord. That is the supreme salvation.

a bounty from your Lord (fadlan is a verbal noun, with the sense of tafaddulan, and is in the accusative [dependent status] because of an implied [preceding] tafaddala). That is the supreme triumph.

As a bounty from your Lord!

That will be the supreme success!

meaning, that will be from His bounty and kindness towards them.

It was reported in the Two Sahihs that the Messenger of Allah said;

اعْمَلُوا وَسَدِّدُوا وَقَارِبُوا وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ أَحَدًا لَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ عَمَلُهُ الْجَنَّة

Work and strive hard, and know that no one will enter Paradise by virtue of his deeds.

They said, "Not even you, O Messenger of Allah?"

He said,

وَلَا أَنَا إِلاَّ أَنْ يَتَغَمَّدَنِيَ اللهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِنْهُ وَفَضْل


Not even me, unless Allah showers me with His mercy and grace.

فَإِنَّمَا يَسَّرْنَاهُ بِلِسَانِكَ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ
