قَالَ رَبِّ اِنِّيْ لَآ اَمْلِكُ اِلَّا نَفْسِيْ وَاَخِيْ فَافْرُقْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ الْقَوْمِ الْفٰسِقِيْنَ  ( المائدة: ٢٥ )

قَالَ
He said
rabbi
رَبِّ
"O my Lord!
innī
إِنِّى
Indeed, I
لَآ
(do) not
amliku
أَمْلِكُ
(have) power
illā
إِلَّا
except
nafsī
نَفْسِى
(over) myself
wa-akhī
وَأَخِىۖ
and my brother
fa-uf'ruq
فَٱفْرُقْ
so (make a) separation
baynanā
بَيْنَنَا
between us
wabayna
وَبَيْنَ
and between
l-qawmi
ٱلْقَوْمِ
the people"
l-fāsiqīna
ٱلْفَٰسِقِينَ
(the) defiantly disobedient"

Qaala Rabbi innee laaa amliku illaa nafsee wa akhee fafruq bainanaa wa bainal qawmil faasiqeen (al-Māʾidah 5:25)

Sahih International:

[Moses] said, "My Lord, indeed I do not possess [i.e., control] except myself and my brother, so part us from the defiantly disobedient people." (Al-Ma'idah [5] : 25)

1 Mufti Taqi Usmani

He said, “O my Lord, I have no control except over myself and my brother. So, make a distinction between us and the sinning people.”
