وَلَمَّا سَكَتَ عَنْ مُّوْسَى الْغَضَبُ اَخَذَ الْاَلْوَاحَۖ وَفِيْ نُسْخَتِهَا هُدًى وَّرَحْمَةٌ لِّلَّذِيْنَ هُمْ لِرَبِّهِمْ يَرْهَبُوْنَ  ( الأعراف: ١٥٤ )

لِّلَّذِينَ
for those who

لِرَبِّهِمْ
of their Lord
yarhabūna
يَرْهَبُونَ
(are) fearful

Wa lammaa sakata 'am Moosal ghadabu akhazal al waaha wa fee nnuskhatihaa hudanw wa rahmatul lillazeena hum li Rabbihim yarhaboon (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:154)

Sahih International:

And when the anger subsided in Moses, he took up the tablets; and in their inscription was guidance and mercy for those who are fearful of their Lord. (Al-A'raf [7] : 154)

When the fury of Mūsā calmed down, he picked up the Tablets, and in its contents there was guidance, and mercy for those who are fearful before their Lord.
