فَالْعٰصِفٰتِ عَصْفًاۙ ( المرسلات: ٢ )
fal-ʿāṣifāti
فَٱلْعَٰصِفَٰتِ
And the winds that blow
Fal'aasifaati 'asfaa (al-Mursalāt 77:2)
Sahih International:
And the winds that blow violently (Al-Mursalat [77] : 2)

So the stormy/turbulent winds , violently/turbulently
