وَاَتْبَعْنٰهُمْ فِيْ هٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا لَعْنَةً ۚوَيَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ هُمْ مِّنَ الْمَقْبُوْحِيْنَ ࣖ ( القصص: ٤٢ )
wa-atbaʿnāhum
وَأَتْبَعْنَٰهُمْ
And We caused to follow them
Et Nous avons fait suivre (derrière) eux
fī
فِى
in
dans
hādhihi
هَٰذِهِ
this
cet
l-dun'yā
ٱلدُّنْيَا
world
[l’]ici-bas
laʿnatan
لَعْنَةًۖ
a curse
de la malédiction.
wayawma
وَيَوْمَ
and (on the) Day
Et (au) Jour
l-qiyāmati
ٱلْقِيَٰمَةِ
(of) the Resurrection
(de) La Résurrection
hum
هُم
they
ils (seront)
mina
مِّنَ
(will be) of
parmi
l-maqbūḥīna
ٱلْمَقْبُوحِينَ
the despised
ceux qui ont été chassés (de la prospérité).
Wa atba'naahum fee haazihid dunyaa la'natanw wa Yawmal Qiyaamati hum minal maqbooheen (al-Q̈aṣaṣ 28:42)
English Sahih:
And We caused to overtake them in this world a curse, and on the Day of Resurrection they will be of the despised. (Al-Qasas [28] : 42)
Muhammad Hamidullah:
Nous les fîmes suivre, dans cette vie ici-bas, d'une malédiction. Et au Jour de la Résurrection, ils seront parmi les honnis. (Al-Qasas [28] : 42)
