وَلَقَدْ صَبَّحَهُمْ بُكْرَةً عَذَابٌ مُّسْتَقِرٌّۚ ( القمر: ٣٨ )
walaqad
وَلَقَدْ
And certainly
Et très certainement
ṣabbaḥahum
صَبَّحَهُم
seized them in the morning
Il les a châtiés
buk'ratan
بُكْرَةً
early
(en) matinée,
ʿadhābun
عَذَابٌ
a punishment
un châtiment
mus'taqirrun
مُّسْتَقِرٌّ
abiding
restant établi.
Wa laqad sabbahahum bukratan 'azaabum mustaqirr (al-Q̈amar 54:38)
English Sahih:
And there came upon them by morning an abiding punishment. (Al-Qamar [54] : 38)
