لَوْلَآ اَنْ تَدَارَكَهٗ نِعْمَةٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّهٖ لَنُبِذَ بِالْعَرَاۤءِ وَهُوَ مَذْمُوْمٌ ( القلم: ٤٩ )

نِعْمَةٌ
a Favor

رَّبِّهِۦ
his Lord
son Maître,
lanubidha
لَنُبِذَ
surely he would have been thrown
il aurait certainement été jeté
bil-ʿarāi
بِٱلْعَرَآءِ
onto (the) naked shore
sur la terre nue
wahuwa
وَهُوَ
while he
pendant qu’il (était)
madhmūmun
مَذْمُومٌ
(was) blamed
méprisable.
Law laaa an tadaara kahoo ni'matum mir rabbihee lanubiza bil'araaa'i wa huwa mazmoom (al-Q̈alam 68:49)
English Sahih:
If not that a favor [i.e., mercy] from his Lord overtook him, he would have been thrown onto the naked shore while he was censured. (Al-Qalam [68] : 49)

Si un bienfait de son Seigneur ne l'avait pas atteint, il aurait été rejeté honni sur une terre déserte, (Al-Qalam [68] : 49)
