وَمَا ظَلَمْنٰهُمْ وَلٰكِنْ ظَلَمُوْٓا اَنْفُسَهُمْ فَمَآ اَغْنَتْ عَنْهُمْ اٰلِهَتُهُمُ الَّتِيْ يَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ مِنْ شَيْءٍ لَّمَّا جَاۤءَ اَمْرُ رَبِّكَۗ وَمَا زَادُوْهُمْ غَيْرَ تَتْبِيْبٍ ( هود: ١٠١ )
Wama thalamnahum walakin thalamoo anfusahum fama aghnat 'anhum alihatuhumu allatee yad'oona min dooni Allahi min shayin lamma jaa amru rabbika wama zadoohum ghayra tatbeebin (Hūd 11:101)

हमने उनपर अत्याचार नहीं किया, बल्कि उन्होंने स्वयं अपने आप पर अत्याचार किया। फिर जब तेरे रब का आदेश आ गया तो उसके वे पूज्य, जिन्हें वे अल्लाह से हटकर पुकारा करते थे, उनके कुछ भी काम न आ सके। उन्होंने विनाश के अतिरिक्त उनके लिए किसी और चीज़ में अभिवृद्धि नहीं की
English Sahih:
And We did not wrong them, but they wronged themselves. And they were not availed at all by their gods which they invoked other than Allah when there came the command of your Lord. And they did not increase them in other than ruin. ([11] Hud : 101)

और हमने किसी तरह उन पर ज़ल्म नहीं किया बल्कि उन लोगों ने आप अपने ऊपर (नाफरमानी करके) ज़ुल्म किया फिर जब तुम्हारे परवरदिगार का (अज़ाब का) हुक्म आ पहुँचा तो न उसके वह माबूद ही काम आए जिन्हें ख़ुदा को छोड़कर पुकारा करते थें और न उन माबूदों ने हलाक करने के सिवा कुछ फायदा ही पहुँचाया बल्कि उन्हीं की परसतिश की बदौलत अज़ाब आया
