قُلْ لَّوْ اَنْتُمْ تَمْلِكُوْنَ خَزَاۤىِٕنَ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّيْٓ اِذًا لَّاَمْسَكْتُمْ خَشْيَةَ الْاِنْفَاقِۗ وَكَانَ الْاِنْسَانُ قَتُوْرًا ࣖ ( الإسراء: ١٠٠ )
Say
قُل
कह दीजिए
"If
لَّوْ
अगर
you
أَنتُمْ
तुम
possess
تَمْلِكُونَ
तुम मालिक होते
the treasures
خَزَآئِنَ
ख़जानों के
(of) the Mercy
رَحْمَةِ
रहमत के
(of) my Lord
رَبِّىٓ
मेरे रब के
then
إِذًا
तब
surely you would withhold
لَّأَمْسَكْتُمْ
अलबत्ता रोक लेते तुम
(out of) fear
خَشْيَةَ
डर से
(of) spending"
ٱلْإِنفَاقِۚ
ख़र्च हो जाने के
And is
وَكَانَ
और है
man
ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ
इन्सान
stingy
قَتُورًا
बहुत कंजूस/बख़ील
Qul law antum tamlikoona khazaina rahmati rabbee ithan laamsaktum khashyata alinfaqi wakana alinsanu qatooran (al-ʾIsrāʾ 17:100)

कहो, 'यदि कहीं मेरे रब की दयालुता के ख़ज़ाने तुम्हारे अधिकार में होते हो ख़र्च हो जाने के भय से तुम रोके ही रखते। वास्तव में इनसान तो दिल का बड़ा ही तंग है
English Sahih:
Say [to them], "If you possessed the depositories of the mercy of my Lord, then you would withhold out of fear of spending." And ever has man been stingy. ([17] Al-Isra : 100)
