اَمْ حَسِبْتُمْ اَنْ تَدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأْتِكُمْ مَّثَلُ الَّذِيْنَ خَلَوْا مِنْ قَبْلِكُمْ ۗ مَسَّتْهُمُ الْبَأْسَاۤءُ وَالضَّرَّاۤءُ وَزُلْزِلُوْا حَتّٰى يَقُوْلَ الرَّسُوْلُ وَالَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا مَعَهٗ مَتٰى نَصْرُ اللّٰهِ ۗ اَلَآ اِنَّ نَصْرَ اللّٰهِ قَرِيْبٌ ( البقرة: ٢١٤ )
Am hasibtum an tadkhuloo aljannata walamma yatikum mathalu allatheena khalaw min qablikum massathumu albasao waalddarrao wazulziloo hatta yaqoola alrrasoolu waallatheena amanoo ma'ahu mata nasru Allahi ala inna nasra Allahi qareebun (al-Baq̈arah 2:214)

क्या तुमने यह समझ रखा है कि जन्नत में प्रवेश पा जाओगे, जबकि अभी तुम पर वह सब कुछ नहीं बीता है जो तुमसे पहले के लोगों पर बीत चुका? उनपर तंगियाँ और तकलीफ़े आई और उन्हें हिला मारा गया यहाँ तक कि रसूल बोल उठे और उनके साथ ईमानवाले भी कि अल्लाह की सहायता कब आएगी? जान लो! अल्लाह की सहायता निकट है
English Sahih:
Or do you think that you will enter Paradise while such [trial] has not yet come to you as came to those who passed on before you? They were touched by poverty and hardship and were shaken until [even their] messenger and those who believed with him said, "When is the help of Allah?" Unquestionably, the help of Allah is near. ([2] Al-Baqarah : 214)

क्या तुम ये ख्याल करते हो कि बेहश्त में पहुँच ही जाओगे हालॉकि अभी तक तुम्हे अगले ज़माने वालों की सी हालत नहीं पेश आयी कि उन्हें तरह तरह की तक़लीफों (फाक़ा कशी मोहताजी) और बीमारी ने घेर लिया था और ज़लज़ले में इस क़दर झिंझोडे ग़ए कि आख़िर (आज़िज़ हो के) पैग़म्बर और ईमान वाले जो उन के साथ थे कहने लगे देखिए ख़ुदा की मदद कब (होती) है देखो (घबराओ नहीं) ख़ुदा की मदद यक़ीनन बहुत क़रीब है
