وَهُوَ الَّذِيْٓ اَرْسَلَ الرِّيٰحَ بُشْرًاۢ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَحْمَتِهٖۚ وَاَنْزَلْنَا مِنَ السَّمَاۤءِ مَاۤءً طَهُوْرًا ۙ ( الفرقان: ٤٨ )
And He
وَهُوَ
और वो ही है
(is) the One Who
ٱلَّذِىٓ
जिसने
sends
أَرْسَلَ
भेजा
the winds
ٱلرِّيَٰحَ
हवाओं को
(as) glad tidings
بُشْرًۢا
ख़ुशख़बरी बना कर
before
بَيْنَ
आगे-आगे
before
يَدَىْ
अपनी रहमत के
His Mercy
رَحْمَتِهِۦۚ
अपनी रहमत के
and We send down
وَأَنزَلْنَا
और उतारा हमने
from
مِنَ
आसमान से
the sky
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
आसमान से
water
مَآءً
पानी
pure
طَهُورًا
पाक
Wahuwa allathee arsala alrriyaha bushran bayna yaday rahmatihi waanzalna mina alssamai maan tahooran (al-Furq̈ān 25:48)

और वही है जिसने अपनी दयालुता (वर्षा) के आगे-आगे हवाओं को शुभ सूचना बनाकर भेजता है, और हम ही आकाश से स्वच्छ जल उतारते है
English Sahih:
And it is He who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy [i.e., rainfall], and We send down from the sky pure water. ([25] Al-Furqan : 48)
