قُلِ اللهم مٰلِكَ الْمُلْكِ تُؤْتِى الْمُلْكَ مَنْ تَشَاۤءُ وَتَنْزِعُ الْمُلْكَ مِمَّنْ تَشَاۤءُۖ وَتُعِزُّ مَنْ تَشَاۤءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَنْ تَشَاۤءُ ۗ بِيَدِكَ الْخَيْرُ ۗ اِنَّكَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ( آل عمران: ٢٦ )
Quli allahumma malika almulki tutee almulka man tashao watanzi'u almulka mimman tashao watu'izzu man tashao watuthillu man tashao biyadika alkhayru innaka 'ala kulli shayin qadeerun (ʾĀl ʿImrān 3:26)

कहो, 'ऐ अल्लाह, राज्य के स्वामी! तू जिसे चाहे राज्य दे और जिससे चाहे राज्य छीन ले, और जिसे चाहे इज़्ज़त (प्रभुत्व) प्रदान करे और जिसको चाहे अपमानित कर दे। तेरे ही हाथ में भलाई है। निस्संदेह तुझे हर चीज़ की सामर्थ्य प्राप्त है
English Sahih:
Say, "O Allah, Owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is [all] good. Indeed, You are over all things competent. ([3] Ali 'Imran : 26)
