وَاضْرِبْ لَهُمْ مَّثَلًا اَصْحٰبَ الْقَرْيَةِۘ اِذْ جَاۤءَهَا الْمُرْسَلُوْنَۚ ( يس: ١٣ )
And set forth
وَٱضْرِبْ
और बयान करो
to them
لَهُم
उनके लिए
an example
مَّثَلًا
एक मिसाल
(of the) companions
أَصْحَٰبَ
बस्ती वालों की
(of) the city
ٱلْقَرْيَةِ
बस्ती वालों की
when
إِذْ
जब
came to it
جَآءَهَا
आए उनके पास
the Messengers
ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ
रसूल
Waidrib lahum mathalan ashaba alqaryati ith jaaha almursaloona (Yāʾ Sīn 36:13)

उनके लिए बस्तीवालों की एक मिसाल पेश करो, जबकि वहाँ भेजे हुए दूत आए
English Sahih:
And present to them an example: the people of the city, when the messengers came to it – ([36] Ya-Sin : 13)
