وَهُوَ الَّذِيْ يُنَزِّلُ الْغَيْثَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوْا وَيَنْشُرُ رَحْمَتَهٗ ۗوَهُوَ الْوَلِيُّ الْحَمِيْدُ ( الشورى: ٢٨ )
And He
وَهُوَ
और वो ही है
(is) the One Who
ٱلَّذِى
जो
sends down
يُنَزِّلُ
उतारता है
the rain
ٱلْغَيْثَ
बारिश को
after
مِنۢ
इसके बाद
after
بَعْدِ
इसके बाद
[what]
مَا
जो
they have despaired
قَنَطُوا۟
वो मायूस हो गए
and spreads
وَيَنشُرُ
और वो फैला देता है
His mercy
رَحْمَتَهُۥۚ
अपनी रहमत को
And He
وَهُوَ
और वो ही
(is) the Protector
ٱلْوَلِىُّ
मददगार है
the Praiseworthy
ٱلْحَمِيدُ
बहुत तारीफ़ वाला है
Wahuwa allathee yunazzilu alghaytha min ba'di ma qanatoo wayanshuru rahmatahu wahuwa alwaliyyu alhameedu (aš-Šūrā 42:28)

वही है जो इसके पश्चात कि लोग निराश हो चुके होते है, मेंह बरसाता है और अपनी दयालुता को फैला देता है। और वही है संरक्षक मित्र, प्रशंसनीय!
English Sahih:
And it is He who sends down the rain after they had despaired and spreads His mercy. And He is the Protector, the Praiseworthy. ([42] Ash-Shuraa : 28)
