وَاِذَا قِيْلَ اِنَّ وَعْدَ اللّٰهِ حَقٌّ وَّالسَّاعَةُ لَا رَيْبَ فِيْهَا قُلْتُمْ مَّا نَدْرِيْ مَا السَّاعَةُۙ اِنْ نَّظُنُّ اِلَّا ظَنًّا وَّمَا نَحْنُ بِمُسْتَيْقِنِيْنَ ( الجاثية: ٣٢ )
Waitha qeela inna wa'da Allahi haqqun waalssa'atu la rayba feeha qultum ma nadree ma alssa'atu in nathunnu illa thannan wama nahnu bimustayqineena (al-Jāthiyah 45:32)

और जब कहा जाता था कि अल्लाह का वादा सच्चा है और (क़ियामत की) घड़ी में कोई संदेह नहीं हैं। तो तुम कहते थे, 'हम नहीं जानते कि वह घड़ी क्या हैं? तो तुम कहते थे, 'हम नहीं जानते कि वह घड़ी क्या है? हमें तो बस एक अनुमान-सा प्रतीत होता है और हमें विश्वास नहीं होता।''
English Sahih:
And when it was said, 'Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth and the Hour [is coming] – no doubt about it,' you said, 'We know not what is the Hour. We assume only assumption, and we are not convinced.'" ([45] Al-Jathiyah : 32)
