لَقَدْ كَفَرَ الَّذِيْنَ قَالُوْٓا اِنَّ اللّٰهَ هُوَ الْمَسِيْحُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَۗ قُلْ فَمَنْ يَّمْلِكُ مِنَ اللّٰهِ شَيْـًٔا اِنْ اَرَادَ اَنْ يُّهْلِكَ الْمَسِيْحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَاُمَّهٗ وَمَنْ فِى الْاَرْضِ جَمِيْعًا ۗوَلِلّٰهِ مُلْكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ۗ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاۤءُ ۗوَاللّٰهُ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيْرٌ ( المائدة: ١٧ )
Laqad kafara allatheena qaloo inna Allaha huwa almaseehu ibnu maryama qul faman yamliku mina Allahi shayan in arada an yuhlika almaseeha ibna maryama waommahu waman fee alardi jamee'an walillahi mulku alssamawati waalardi wama baynahuma yakhluqu ma yashao waAllahu 'ala kulli shayin qadeerun (al-Māʾidah 5:17)

निश्चय ही उन लोगों ने इनकार किया, जिन्होंने कहा, 'अल्लाह तो वही मरयम का बेटा मसीह है।' कहो, 'अल्लाह के आगे किसका कुछ बस चल सकता है, यदि वह मरयम का पुत्र मसीह को और उसकी माँ (मरयम) को और समस्त धरतीवालो को विनष्ट करना चाहे? और अल्लाह ही के लिए है बादशाही आकाशों और धरती की ओर जो कुछ उनके मध्य है उसकी भी। वह जो चाहता है पैदा करता है। और अल्लाह को हर चीज़ की सामर्थ्य प्राप्त है।'
English Sahih:
They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allah is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allah at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allah is over all things competent. ([5] Al-Ma'idah : 17)

जो लोग उसके क़ायल हैं कि मरियम के बेटे मसीह बस ख़ुदा हैं वह ज़रूर काफ़िर हो गए (ऐ रसूल) उनसे पूंछो तो कि भला अगर ख़ुदा मरियम के बेटे मसीह और उनकी मॉ को और जितने लोग ज़मीन में हैं सबको मार डालना चाहे तो कौन ऐसा है जिसका ख़ुदा से भी ज़ोर चले (और रोक दे) और सारे आसमान और ज़मीन में और जो कुछ भी उनके दरमियान में है सब ख़ुदा ही की सल्तनत है जो चाहता है पैदा करता है और ख़ुदा तो हर चीज़ पर क़ादिर है
