اِنْ تُصِبْكَ حَسَنَةٌ تَسُؤْهُمْۚ وَاِنْ تُصِبْكَ مُصِيْبَةٌ يَّقُوْلُوْا قَدْ اَخَذْنَآ اَمْرَنَا مِنْ قَبْلُ وَيَتَوَلَّوْا وَّهُمْ فَرِحُوْنَ ( التوبة: ٥٠ )
If
إِن
अगर
befalls you
تُصِبْكَ
पहुँचती है आपको
good
حَسَنَةٌ
कोई भलाई
it distresses them
تَسُؤْهُمْۖ
वो बुरी लगती है उन्हें
but if
وَإِن
और अगर
befalls you
تُصِبْكَ
पहुँचती है आपको
a calamity
مُصِيبَةٌ
कोई मुसीबत
they say
يَقُولُوا۟
वो कहते हैं
"Verily
قَدْ
तहक़ीक़
we took
أَخَذْنَآ
संभाल लिया हमने
our matter
أَمْرَنَا
मामला अपना
before"
مِن
पहले से
before"
قَبْلُ
पहले से
And they turn away
وَيَتَوَلَّوا۟
और वो मुँह मोड़ जाते हैं
while they
وَّهُمْ
इस हाल में कि वो
(are) rejoicing
فَرِحُونَ
ख़ुश होने वाले हैं
In tusibka hasanatun tasuhum wain tusibka museebatun yaqooloo qad akhathna amrana min qablu wayatawallaw wahum farihoona (at-Tawbah 9:50)

यदि तुम्हें कोई अच्छी हालत पेश आती है, तो उन्हें बुरा लगता है औऱ यदि तुम पर कोई मुसीबत आ जाती है, तो वे कहते है, 'हमने तो अपना काम पहले ही सँभाल लिया था।' और वे ख़ुश होते हुए पलटते है
English Sahih:
If good befalls you, it distresses them; but if disaster strikes you, they say, "We took our matter [in hand] before," and turn away while they are rejoicing. ([9] At-Tawbah : 50)
