Surah [39] Az-Zumar : 68

وَنُفِخَ فِى الصُّوۡرِ فَصَعِقَ مَنۡ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَمَنۡ فِى الۡاَرۡضِ اِلَّا مَنۡ شَآءَ اللّٰهُ‌ ؕ ثُمَّ نُفِخَ فِيۡهِ اُخۡرٰى فَاِذَا هُمۡ قِيَامٌ يَّنۡظُرُوۡنَ(الزمر :68)

وَنُفِخَ
And (will) be blown
فِى
[in]
ٱلصُّورِ
the trumpet
فَصَعِقَ
then (will) fall dead
مَن
whoever
فِى
(is) in
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
the heavens
وَمَن
and whoever
فِى
(is) on
ٱلْأَرْضِ
the earth
إِلَّا
except
مَن
whom
شَآءَ
Allah wills
ٱللَّهُۖ
Allah wills
ثُمَّ
Then
نُفِخَ
(it will) be blown
فِيهِ
[in it]
أُخْرَىٰ
a second time
فَإِذَا
and behold!
هُمْ
They
قِيَامٌ
(will be) standing
يَنظُرُونَ
waiting

Wanufikha fee alssoori fasa'iqa man fee alssamawati waman fee alardi illa man shaa Allahu thumma nufikha feehi okhra faitha hum qiyamun yanthuroona

Sahih International:

And the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will fall dead except whom Allah wills. Then it will be blown again, and at once they will be standing, looking on.
