Surah [48] Al-Fath : 17

لَيۡسَ عَلَى الۡاَعۡمٰى حَرَجٌ وَّلَا عَلَى الۡاَعۡرَجِ حَرَجٌ وَّلَا عَلَى الۡمَرِيۡضِ حَرَجٌ‌ ؕ وَمَنۡ يُّطِعِ اللّٰهَ وَرَسُوۡلَهٗ يُدۡخِلۡهُ جَنّٰتٍ تَجۡرِىۡ مِنۡ تَحۡتِهَا الۡاَنۡهٰرُ‌‌ۚوَمَنۡ يَّتَوَلَّ يُعَذِّبۡهُ عَذَابًا اَلِيۡمًا‏(الفتح :17)

لَّيْسَ
Not is
عَلَى
upon
ٱلْأَعْمَىٰ
the blind
حَرَجٌ
any blame
وَلَا
and not
عَلَى
on
ٱلْأَعْرَجِ
the lame
حَرَجٌ
any blame
وَلَا
and not
عَلَى
on
ٱلْمَرِيضِ
the sick
حَرَجٌۗ
any blame
وَمَن
And whoever
يُطِعِ
obeys
ٱللَّهَ
Allah
وَرَسُولَهُۥ
and His Messenger
يُدْخِلْهُ
He will admit him
جَنَّٰتٍ
(to) Gardens
تَجْرِى
flow
مِن
from
تَحْتِهَا
underneath them
ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُۖ
the rivers
وَمَن
but whoever
يَتَوَلَّ
turns away
يُعَذِّبْهُ
He will punish him
عَذَابًا
(with) a punishment
أَلِيمًا
painful

Laysa 'ala ala'ma harajun wala 'ala ala'raji harajun wala 'ala almareedi harajun waman yuti'i Allaha warasoolahu yudkhilhu jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu waman yatawalla yu'aththibhu 'athaban aleeman

Sahih International:

There is not upon the blind any guilt or upon the lame any guilt or upon the ill any guilt [for remaining behind]. And whoever obeys Allah and His Messenger - He will admit him to gardens beneath which rivers flow; but whoever turns away - He will punish him with a painful punishment.
