Surah [17] Al-Isra' : 33
ARBNDEENIDTRUR

وَلَا تَقۡتُلُوا النَّفۡسَ الَّتِىۡ حَرَّمَ اللّٰهُ اِلَّا بِالۡحَـقِّ‌ ؕ وَمَنۡ قُتِلَ مَظۡلُوۡمًا فَقَدۡ جَعَلۡنَا لِـوَلِيِّهٖ سُلۡطٰنًا فَلَا يُسۡرِفْ فِّى الۡقَتۡلِ‌ ؕ اِنَّهٗ كَانَ مَنۡصُوۡرًا(الإسراء :33)

وَلَا
And (do) not
تَقْتُلُوا۟
kill
ٱلنَّفْسَ
the soul
ٱلَّتِى
which
حَرَّمَ
Allah has forbidden
ٱللَّهُ
Allah has forbidden
إِلَّا
except
بِٱلْحَقِّۗ
by right
وَمَن
And whoever
قُتِلَ
(is) killed
مَظْلُومًا
wrongfully
فَقَدْ
verily
جَعَلْنَا
We have made
لِوَلِيِّهِۦ
for his heir
سُلْطَٰنًا
an authority
فَلَا
but not
يُسْرِف
he should exceed
فِّى
in
ٱلْقَتْلِۖ
the killing
إِنَّهُۥ
Indeed, he
كَانَ
is
مَنصُورًا
helped

Wala taqtuloo alnnafsa allatee harrama Allahu illa bialhaqqi waman qutila mathlooman faqad ja'alna liwaliyyihi sultanan fala yusrif fee alqatli innahu kana mansooran

Sahih International:

And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden, except by right. And whoever is killed unjustly - We have given his heir authority, but let him not exceed limits in [the matter of] taking life. Indeed, he has been supported [by the law].
