Light, given by Allah, that the Believers may walk straight

لَهٗ مُلۡكُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالۡاَرۡضِ‌ۚ يُحۡىٖ وَيُمِيۡتُ‌ۚ وَهُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ قَدِيۡرٌ(الحديد :2)

لَهُۥ

For Him

مُلْكُ

(is the) dominion

ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ

(of) the heavens

وَٱلْأَرْضِۖ

and the earth

يُحْىِۦ

He gives life

وَيُمِيتُۖ

and causes death

وَهُوَ

and He

عَلَىٰ

(is) over

كُلِّ

all

شَىْءٍ

things

قَدِيرٌ

All-Powerful

Lahu mulku alssamawati waalardi yuhyee wayumeetu wahuwa 'ala kulli shayin qadeerun

His is the dominion of the heavens and earth. He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent.
