اَلَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا وَصَدُّوْا عَنْ سَبِيْلِ اللّٰهِ زِدْنٰهُمْ عَذَابًا فَوْقَ الْعَذَابِ بِمَا كَانُوْا يُفْسِدُوْنَ ( النحل: ٨٨ )
alladhīna kafarū
ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟
And those who disbelieved
അവിശ്വസിച്ചവര്
waṣaddū
وَصَدُّوا۟
and hindered
തടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു
ʿan sabīli
عَن سَبِيلِ
from (the) way
മാര്ഗ്ഗത്തില് നിന്നു
l-lahi
ٱللَّهِ
(of) Allah
അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ
zid'nāhum
زِدْنَٰهُمْ
We will increase them
നാം അവർക്ക് വര്ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കും
ʿadhāban
عَذَابًا
(in) punishment
ശിക്ഷയെ
fawqa
فَوْقَ
over
മീതെ
l-ʿadhābi
ٱلْعَذَابِ
punishment
ശിക്ഷയുടെ
bimā kānū
بِمَا كَانُوا۟
because they used (to)
അവരായിരുന്നതു നിമിത്തം
yuf'sidūna
يُفْسِدُونَ
spread corruption
അവര് കുഴപ്പം പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കും
Allazeena kafaroo wa saddoo 'an sabeelil laahi zidnaahum 'azaaban fawqal 'azaabi bimaa kaanoo yufsidoon (an-Naḥl 16:88)
English Sahih:
Those who disbelieved and averted [others] from the way of Allah – We will increase them in punishment over [their] punishment for what corruption they were causing. (An-Nahl [16] : 88)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
സത്യത്തെ നിഷേധിച്ചുതള്ളുകയും അല്ലാഹുവിന്റെ മാര്ഗത്തില്നിന്ന് ജനങ്ങളെ തടയുകയും ചെയ്തവര്ക്ക് നാം ശിക്ഷക്കു മേല് ശിക്ഷ കൂട്ടിക്കൊടുക്കും. അവര് നാശം വരുത്തിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്നതിനാലാണിത്. (അന്നഹ്ല് [16] : 88)
