اِنَّ فِيْ خَلْقِ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافِ الَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَالْفُلْكِ الَّتِيْ تَجْرِيْ فِى الْبَحْرِ بِمَا يَنْفَعُ النَّاسَ وَمَآ اَنْزَلَ اللّٰهُ مِنَ السَّمَاۤءِ مِنْ مَّاۤءٍ فَاَحْيَا بِهِ الْاَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا وَبَثَّ فِيْهَا مِنْ كُلِّ دَاۤبَّةٍ ۖ وَّتَصْرِيْفِ الرِّيٰحِ وَالسَّحَابِ الْمُسَخَّرِ بَيْنَ السَّمَاۤءِ وَالْاَرْضِ لَاٰيٰتٍ لِّقَوْمٍ يَّعْقِلُوْنَ ( البقرة: ١٦٤ )
Inna fee khalqis samaawaati wal ardi wakhtilaafil laili wannahaari walfulkil latee tajree fil hahri bimaa yanfa'unnaasa wa maaa anzalal laahu minas samaaa'i mim maaa'in fa ahyaa bihil arda ba'da mawtihaa wa bas sa feehaa min kulli daaabbatinw wa tasreefir riyaahi wassahaabil musakhkhari bainas samaaa'i wal ardi la aayaatil liqawminy ya'qiloon (al-Baq̈arah 2:164)
English Sahih:
Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of the night and the day, and the [great] ships which sail through the sea with that which benefits people, and what Allah has sent down from the heavens of rain, giving life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein every [kind of] moving creature, and [His] directing of the winds and the clouds controlled between the heaven and earth are signs for a people who use reason. (Al-Baqarah [2] : 164)

ആകാശഭൂമികളുടെ സൃഷ്ടിപ്പില്‍; രാപ്പകലുകള്‍ മാറിമാറി വരുന്നതില്‍; മനുഷ്യര്‍ക്കുപകരിക്കുന്ന ചരക്കുകളുമായി സമുദ്രത്തില്‍ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്ന കപ്പലില്‍; അല്ലാഹു മാനത്തുനിന്ന് വെള്ളമിറക്കി അതുവഴി, ജീവനറ്റ ഭൂമിക്ക് ജീവനേകിയതില്‍; ഭൂമിയില്‍ എല്ലായിനം ജീവികളെയും പരത്തിയതില്‍; കാറ്റിനെ തിരിച്ചുവിട്ടതില്‍; ആകാശഭൂമികള്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ അധീനപ്പെടുത്തി നിര്‍ത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള കാര്‍മേഘത്തില്‍- എല്ലാറ്റിലും, ചിന്തിക്കുന്ന ജനത്തിന് അനേകം തെളിവുകളുണ്ട്; സംശയമില്ല. ആകാശഭൂമികളുടെ സൃഷ്ടിപ്പിലും, രാപകലുകളുടെ മാറ്റത്തിലും, മനുഷ്യര്‍ക്ക് ഉപകാരമുള്ള വസ്തുക്കളുമായി കടലിലൂടെ സഞ്ചരിക്കുന്ന കപ്പലിലും, ആകാശത്ത് നിന്ന് അല്ലാഹു മഴ ചൊരിഞ്ഞുതന്നിട്ട് നിര്‍ജീവാവസ്ഥയ്ക്കു ശേഷം ഭൂമിക്ക് അതു മുഖേന ജീവന്‍ നല്‍കിയതിലും, ഭൂമിയില്‍ എല്ലാതരം ജന്തുവര്‍ഗങ്ങളെയും വ്യാപിപ്പിച്ചതിലും, കാറ്റുകളുടെ ഗതിക്രമത്തിലും, ആകാശഭൂമികള്‍ക്കിടയിലൂടെ നിയന്ത്രിച്ച് നയിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന മേഘത്തിലും ചിന്തിക്കുന്ന ജനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പല ദൃഷ്ടാന്തങ്ങളുമുണ്ട്‌; തീര്‍ച്ച.[1]
[1] ഇസ്‌ലാം മനുഷ്യബുദ്ധിയോട് സംസാരിക്കുന്നു. പ്രപഞ്ചത്തിലെ ചെറുതും വലുതുമായ ഏത് വസ്തുവെയും ചൂഴ്ന്നുനില്ക്കുന്ന വിസ്മയകരമായ വ്യവസ്ഥ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാണിച്ചുകൊണ്ടാണ് പ്രപഞ്ചനാഥൻ്റെ അനിഷേധ്യമായ അസ്തിത്വത്തെപറ്റിയുള്ള തെളിഞ്ഞ അവബോധത്തിലേക്ക് വിശുദ്ധ ഖുര്‍ആന്‍ മനുഷ്യനെ നയിക്കുന്നത്.
