اُولٰۤىِٕكَ الَّذِيْنَ اشْتَرَوُا الْحَيٰوةَ الدُّنْيَا بِالْاٰخِرَةِ ۖ فَلَا يُخَفَّفُ عَنْهُمُ الْعَذَابُ وَلَا هُمْ يُنْصَرُوْنَ ࣖ ( البقرة: ٨٦ )
ulāika
أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
Those
അക്കൂട്ടര്
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
(are) the ones who
യാതൊരുകൂട്ടരാണ്
ish'tarawū
ٱشْتَرَوُا۟
bought
അവര് വാങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നു
l-ḥayata l-dun'yā
ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنْيَا
the life (of) the world
ഐഹിക ജീവതത്തെ
bil-ākhirati
بِٱلْءَاخِرَةِۖ
for the Hereafter;
പരലോകത്തിന് (പകരം)
falā yukhaffafu
فَلَا يُخَفَّفُ
so not will be lightened
അതിനാല് ലഘുവാക്കപ്പെടുകയില്ല
ʿanhumu
عَنْهُمُ
for them
അവര്ക്ക്
l-ʿadhābu
ٱلْعَذَابُ
the punishment
ശിക്ഷ
walā hum yunṣarūna
وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ
and not they will be helped
അവര് സഹായിക്കപ്പെടുകയുമില്ല
Ulaaa'ikal lazeenash tarawul hayaatad dunyaa bil aakhirati falaa yukhaffafu 'anhumul 'azaabu wa laa hum yunsaroon (al-Baq̈arah 2:86)
English Sahih:
Those are the ones who have bought the life of this world [in exchange] for the Hereafter, so the punishment will not be lightened for them, nor will they be aided. (Al-Baqarah [2] : 86)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
പരലോകം നല്കി ഇഹ ലോകജീവിതം വാങ്ങിയവരാണവര്. അതിനാല് അവര്ക്ക് ശിക്ഷയില് ഇളവ് ലഭിക്കുകയില്ല. അവര്ക്ക് ഒരുവിധ സഹായവും കിട്ടുകയുമില്ല. (അല്ബഖറ [2] : 86)
