۞ وَلَقَدْ جَاۤءَكُمْ مُّوْسٰى بِالْبَيِّنٰتِ ثُمَّ اتَّخَذْتُمُ الْعِجْلَ مِنْۢ بَعْدِهٖ وَاَنْتُمْ ظٰلِمُوْنَ ( البقرة: ٩٢ )
walaqad jāakum
وَلَقَدْ جَآءَكُم
And indeed came to you
തീര്ച്ചയായും നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്
mūsā
مُّوسَىٰ
Musa
മൂസാ
bil-bayināti
بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ
with [the] clear signs
വ്യക്തമായ തെളിവുകള്കൊണ്ട്
thumma ittakhadhtumu
ثُمَّ ٱتَّخَذْتُمُ
then you took
പിന്നെ നിങ്ങള് ഉണ്ടാക്കി, ഏര്പ്പെടുത്തി
l-ʿij'la
ٱلْعِجْلَ
the calf
പശു ക്കുട്ടിയെ
min baʿdihi
مِنۢ بَعْدِهِۦ
from after him
അതിന് ശേഷം
wa-antum
وَأَنتُمْ
and you
നിങ്ങള് (ആയിക്കൊണ്ട്)
ẓālimūna
ظَٰلِمُونَ
(were) wrongdoers
അക്രമികള്
Wa laqad jaaa'akum Moosa bilbaiyinaati summat takhaztunmul 'ijla mim ba'dihee wa antum zaalimoon (al-Baq̈arah 2:92)
English Sahih:
And Moses had certainly brought you clear proofs. Then you took the calf [in worship] after that, while you were wrongdoers. (Al-Baqarah [2] : 92)
