وَمَآ اَرْسَلْنَا قَبْلَكَ اِلَّا رِجَالًا نُّوْحِيْٓ اِلَيْهِمْ فَسْـَٔلُوْٓا اَهْلَ الذِّكْرِ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ ( الأنبياء: ٧ )
Wa maaa arsalnaa qablaka illaa rijaalan nooheee ilaihim fas'aloo ahlaz zikri in kuntum laa ta'lamoon (al-ʾAnbiyāʾ 21:7)
English Sahih:
And We sent not before you, [O Muhammad], except men to whom We revealed [the message], so ask the people of the message [i.e., former scriptures] if you do not know. (Al-Anbya [21] : 7)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
നിനക്കു മുമ്പും മനുഷ്യരെത്തന്നെയാണ് നാം ദൂതന്മാരായി നിയോഗിച്ചത്. നാം അവര്‍ക്കു ബോധനം നല്‍കുകയായിരുന്നു. നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കിത് അറിയില്ലെങ്കില്‍ വേദക്കാരോട് ചോദിച്ചുനോക്കുക. (അല്‍അമ്പിയാഅ് [21] : 7)

നിനക്ക് മുമ്പ് പുരുഷന്മാരെയല്ലാതെ നാം ദൂതന്മാരായി നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.[1] അവര്‍ക്ക് നാം ബോധനം നല്‍കുന്നു. നിങ്ങള്‍ (ഈ കാര്യം) അറിയാത്തവരാണെങ്കില്‍ അറിവുള്ളവരോട് ചോദിച്ചുനോക്കുക.
[1] മലക്കുകളെ മനുഷ്യര്‍ക്കിടയില്‍ പ്രബോധനം നടത്തുവാന്‍ ഒരിക്കലും നിയോഗിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. മനുഷ്യരിലേക്ക് അവരിൽപ്പെട്ട പുരുഷന്മാരെ തന്നെയാണ് അല്ലാഹു റസൂലുകളായി നിയമിച്ചത്.
