اَلَّذِيْنَ اِنْ مَّكَّنّٰهُمْ فِى الْاَرْضِ اَقَامُوا الصَّلٰوةَ وَاٰتَوُا الزَّكٰوةَ وَاَمَرُوْا بِالْمَعْرُوْفِ وَنَهَوْا عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِۗ وَلِلّٰهِ عَاقِبَةُ الْاُمُوْرِ ( الحج: ٤١ )
Allazeena im makkan naahum fil ardi aqaamus Salaata wa aatawuz Zakaata wa amaroo bilma'roofi wa nahaw 'anil munkar; wa lillaahi 'aaqibatul umoor (al-Ḥajj 22:41)
English Sahih:
[And they are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give Zakah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allah belongs the outcome of [all] matters. (Al-Hajj [22] : 41)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
ഭൂമിയില്‍ നാം അധികാരം നല്‍കുകയാണെങ്കില്‍ അവര്‍ നമസ്കാരം നിഷ്ഠയോടെ നിര്‍വഹിക്കും. സകാത്ത് നല്‍കും. നന്മ കല്‍പിക്കും.തിന്മ തടയും. കാര്യങ്ങളുടെ അന്തിമമായ തീരുമാനം അല്ലാഹുവിന്റേതാണ്. (അല്‍ഹജ്ജ് [22] : 41)

ഭൂമിയില്‍ നാം സ്വാധീനം നല്‍കിയാല്‍ നമസ്കാരം മുറപോലെ നിര്‍വഹിക്കുകയും, സകാത്ത് നല്‍കുകയും, സദാചാരം സ്വീകരിക്കാന്‍ കല്‍പിക്കുകയും, ദുരാചാരത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് വിലക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവരത്രെ അവര്‍ (ആ മര്‍ദ്ദിതര്‍). കാര്യങ്ങളുടെ പര്യവസാനം അല്ലാഹുവിന്നുള്ളതാകുന്നു.
