وَيَقُوْلُوْنَ اٰمَنَّا بِاللّٰهِ وَبِالرَّسُوْلِ وَاَطَعْنَا ثُمَّ يَتَوَلّٰى فَرِيْقٌ مِّنْهُمْ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِ ذٰلِكَۗ وَمَآ اُولٰۤىِٕكَ بِالْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ ( النور: ٤٧ )
wayaqūlūna
وَيَقُولُونَ
And they say
അവര്‍ പറയുന്നു
āmannā bil-lahi
ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ
"We believe in Allah
ഞങ്ങള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവില്‍ വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു
wabil-rasūli
وَبِٱلرَّسُولِ
and in the Messenger
റസൂലിലും
wa-aṭaʿnā
وَأَطَعْنَا
and we obey"
ഞങ്ങള്‍ അനുസരിക്കയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു
thumma yatawallā
ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّىٰ
Then turns away
പിന്നെ പിന്‍മാറിപ്പോകുന്നു
farīqun min'hum
فَرِيقٌ مِّنْهُم
a party of them
അവരില്‍ നിന്നൊരു വിഭാഗം
min baʿdi dhālika
مِّنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَۚ
after after that
അതിനുശേഷം
wamā ulāika
وَمَآ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ
And not those
അക്കൂട്ടര്‍ അല്ല
bil-mu'minīna
بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
(are) believers
സത്യവിശ്വാസികള്‍ (തന്നെ അല്ല)
Wa yaqooloona aamannaa billaahi wa bir Rasooli wa ata'naa summa yatawallaa fareequm minhum mim ba'di zaalik; wa maaa ulaaa'ika bilmu'mineen (an-Nūr 24:47)
English Sahih:
But they [i.e., the hypocrites] say, "We have believed in Allah and in the Messenger, and we obey"; then a party of them turns away after that. And those are not believers. (An-Nur [24] : 47)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
അവര്‍ പറയുന്നു: ''ഞങ്ങള്‍ അല്ലാഹുവിലും അവന്റെ ദൂതനിലും വിശ്വസിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അവരെ അനുസരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.'' എന്നാല്‍ അതിനുശേഷം അവരിലൊരുവിഭാഗം പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞുപോകുന്നു. അവര്‍ വിശ്വാസികളേയല്ല. (അന്നൂര്‍ [24] : 47)
