وَجَدْتُّهَا وَقَوْمَهَا يَسْجُدُوْنَ لِلشَّمْسِ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ وَزَيَّنَ لَهُمُ الشَّيْطٰنُ اَعْمَالَهُمْ فَصَدَّهُمْ عَنِ السَّبِيْلِ فَهُمْ لَا يَهْتَدُوْنَۙ ( النمل: ٢٤ )
Wajattuhaa wa qawmahaa yasjudoona lishshamsi min doonil laahi wa zaiyana lahumush Shaitaanu a'maalahum fasaddahum 'anis sabeeli fahum laa yahtadoon (an-Naml 27:24)
English Sahih:
I found her and her people prostrating to the sun instead of Allah, and Satan has made their deeds pleasing to them and averted them from [His] way, so they are not guided, (An-Naml [27] : 24)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
''അവരും അവരുടെ ജനതയും അല്ലാഹുവിനു പുറമെ സൂര്യനെ സാഷ്ടാംഗം പ്രണമിക്കുന്നതായി ഞാന്‍ കണ്ടു.'' പിശാച് അവര്‍ക്ക് തങ്ങളുടെ ചെയ്തികളാകെ ചേതോഹരങ്ങളായി തോന്നിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അവന്‍ അവരെ നേര്‍വഴിയില്‍ നിന്ന് തടഞ്ഞു. അതിനാലവര്‍ നേര്‍വഴി പ്രാപിക്കുന്നില്ല. (അന്നംല് [27] : 24)

അവളും അവളുടെ ജനതയും അല്ലാഹുവിന് പുറമെ സൂര്യന് സുജൂദ് (സാഷ്ടാംഗം) ചെയ്യുന്നതായിട്ടാണ് ഞാന്‍ കണ്ടെത്തിയത്‌. പിശാച് അവര്‍ക്ക് തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ഭംഗിയായി തോന്നിക്കുകയും, അവരെ നേര്‍മാര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ നിന്ന് തടയുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അതിനാല്‍ അവര്‍ നേര്‍വഴി പ്രാപിക്കുന്നില്ല.
