وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ اللّٰهُ الَّذِيْنَ صَدَقُوْا وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ الْكٰذِبِيْنَ ( العنكبوت: ٣ )
walaqad fatannā
وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا
And indeed We tested
തീര്ച്ചയായും നാം പരീക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്
alladhīna
ٱلَّذِينَ
those who
യാതൊരു കൂട്ടരെ
min qablihim
مِن قَبْلِهِمْۖ
(were) before them (were) before them
അവരുടെ മുമ്പുള്ള
falayaʿlamanna l-lahu
فَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ ٱللَّهُ
And Allah will surely make evident And Allah will surely make evident
അങ്ങനെ അല്ലാഹു അറിയുകതന്നെ ചെയ്യും
alladhīna ṣadaqū
ٱلَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا۟
those who (are) truthful
സത്യം പറഞ്ഞവരെ
walayaʿlamanna
وَلَيَعْلَمَنَّ
and He will surely make evident
അവന് അറിയുകയും ചെയ്യും
l-kādhibīna
ٱلْكَٰذِبِينَ
the liars
വ്യാജം പറയുന്നവരെ
Wa laqad fatannal lazeena min qablihim fala ya'lamannal laahul lazeena sadaqoo wa la ya'lamannal kaazibeen (al-ʿAnkabūt 29:3)
English Sahih:
But We have certainly tried those before them, and Allah will surely make evident those who are truthful, and He will surely make evident the liars. (Al-'Ankabut [29] : 3)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
നിശ്ചയം, അവര്ക്കു മുമ്പുണ്ടായിരുന്നവരെ നാം പരീക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. അപ്പോള് സത്യവാന്മാര് ആരെന്ന് അല്ലാഹു തിരിച്ചറിയുകതന്നെ ചെയ്യും. കള്ളന്മാരാരെന്നും. (അല്അന്കബൂത്ത് [29] : 3)
