وَمَآ اَمْوَالُكُمْ وَلَآ اَوْلَادُكُمْ بِالَّتِيْ تُقَرِّبُكُمْ عِنْدَنَا زُلْفٰىٓ اِلَّا مَنْ اٰمَنَ وَعَمِلَ صَالِحًاۙ فَاُولٰۤىِٕكَ لَهُمْ جَزَاۤءُ الضِّعْفِ بِمَا عَمِلُوْا وَهُمْ فِى الْغُرُفٰتِ اٰمِنُوْنَ ( سبإ: ٣٧ )
Wa maaa amwaalukum wa laaa awlaadukum billatee tuqarribukum 'indanaa zulfaaa illaa man aamana wa 'amila saalihan fa ulaaa'ika lahum jazaaa'ud di'fi bimaa 'amiloo wa hum fil ghurufaati aaminoon (Sabaʾ 34:37)
English Sahih:
And it is not your wealth or your children that bring you nearer to Us in position, but it is [by being] one who has believed and done righteousness. For them there will be the double reward for what they did, and they will be in the upper chambers [of Paradise], safe [and secure]. (Saba [34] : 37)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
നിങ്ങളുടെ സമ്പത്തും സന്താനങ്ങളും നിങ്ങളെ നമ്മോട് ഒട്ടും അടുപ്പിക്കുകയില്ല. സത്യവിശ്വാസം സ്വീകരിക്കുകയും സല്ക്കര്മങ്ങള് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവരെയൊഴികെ. അവര്ക്ക് തങ്ങളുടെ കര്മങ്ങളുടെ ഇരട്ടി പ്രതിഫലം കിട്ടും. അവര് അത്യുന്നത സൗധങ്ങളില് നിര്ഭയരായി കഴിയുന്നവരായിരിക്കും. (സബഅ് [34] : 37)

നിങ്ങളുടെ സമ്പത്തുക്കളും നിങ്ങളുടെ സന്താനങ്ങളുമൊന്നും നമ്മുടെ അടുക്കല് നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് സാമീപ്യമുണ്ടാക്കിത്തരുന്നവയല്ല. വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും നല്ലത് പ്രവര്ത്തിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവര്ക്കൊഴികെ. അത്തരക്കാര്ക്ക് തങ്ങള് പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചതിന്റെ ഫലമായി ഇരട്ടി പ്രതിഫലമുണ്ട്. അവര് ഉന്നത സൗധങ്ങളില് നിര്ഭയരായി കഴിയുന്നതുമാണ്.
