اِنْ تَدْعُوْهُمْ لَا يَسْمَعُوْا دُعَاۤءَكُمْۚ وَلَوْ سَمِعُوْا مَا اسْتَجَابُوْا لَكُمْۗ وَيَوْمَ الْقِيٰمَةِ يَكْفُرُوْنَ بِشِرْكِكُمْۗ وَلَا يُنَبِّئُكَ مِثْلُ خَبِيْرٍ ࣖ ( فاطر: ١٤ )
in tad'oohum laa yasma'oo du'aaa'akum wa law sami'oo mas tajaaboo lakum; wa Yawmal Qiyaamati Yakfuroona bishirkikum; wa laa yunabbi'uka mislu khabeer (Fāṭir 35:14)
English Sahih:
If you invoke them, they do not hear your supplication; and if they heard, they would not respond to you. And on the Day of Resurrection they will deny your association. And none can inform you like [one] Aware [of all matters]. (Fatir [35] : 14)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
നിങ്ങളവരെ വിളിച്ചാല്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ വിളി അവര്‍ കേള്‍ക്കുക പോലുമില്ല. അഥവാ കേട്ടാലും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഉത്തരമേകാന്‍ അവര്‍ക്കാവില്ല. ഉയിര്‍ത്തെഴുന്നേല്‍പുനാളില്‍ നിങ്ങളവരെ പങ്കാളികളാക്കിയതിനെ അവര്‍ നിഷേധിക്കും. അല്ലാഹുവല്ലാതെ ഇങ്ങനെ സൂക്ഷ്മജ്ഞാനിയെപ്പോലെ നിങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് ഇത്തരം വിവരംതരുന്ന ആരുമില്ല. (ഫാത്വിര്‍ [35] : 14)

നിങ്ങള്‍ അവരോട് പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥിക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം അവര്‍ നിങ്ങളുടെ പ്രാര്‍ത്ഥന കേള്‍ക്കുകയില്ല. അവര്‍ കേട്ടാലും നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കവര്‍ ഉത്തരം നല്‍കുന്നതല്ല. ഉയിര്‍ത്തെഴുന്നേല്‍പിന്‍റെ നാളിലാകട്ടെ നിങ്ങള്‍ അവരെ പങ്കാളികളാക്കിയതിനെ അവര്‍ നിഷേധിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. സൂക്ഷ്മജ്ഞാനമുള്ളവനെ(അല്ലാഹുവെ)പ്പോലെ നിനക്ക് വിവരം തരാന്‍ ആരുമില്ല.
