وَمَاذَا عَلَيْهِمْ لَوْ اٰمَنُوْا بِاللّٰهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْاٰخِرِ وَاَنْفَقُوْا مِمَّا رَزَقَهُمُ اللّٰهُ ۗوَكَانَ اللّٰهُ بِهِمْ عَلِيْمًا ( النساء: ٣٩ )
wamādhā
وَمَاذَا
And what
എന്താണ്
ʿalayhim
عَلَيْهِمْ
(is) against them
അവരുടെ മേല്‍ (അവര്‍ക്ക് ദോഷം) ഉള്ളത്
law āmanū
لَوْ ءَامَنُوا۟
if they believed
അവര്‍ വിശ്വസിച്ചിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍
bil-lahi
بِٱللَّهِ
in Allah
അല്ലാഹുവില്‍
wal-yawmi l-ākhiri
وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْءَاخِرِ
and the Day the Last
അന്ത്യദിനത്തിലും
wa-anfaqū
وَأَنفَقُوا۟
and spent
അവര്‍ ചിലവഴിക്കുകയും
mimmā razaqahumu
مِمَّا رَزَقَهُمُ
from what (has) provided them?
അവര്‍ക്കു നല്‍കിയതില്‍നിന്ന്
l-lahu
ٱللَّهُۚ
Allah?
അല്ലാഹു
wakāna l-lahu
وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ
And is Allah
അല്ലാഹു ആകുന്നു
bihim
بِهِمْ
about them
അവരെപ്പറ്റി
ʿalīman
عَلِيمًا
All-Knower
അറിയുന്നവന്‍
Wa maazaa 'alaihim law aamanoo billaahi wal Yawmil Aakhiri wa anfaqoo mimmaa razaqahumul laah; wa kaanallaahu bihim Aaleemaa (an-Nisāʾ 4:39)
English Sahih:
And what [harm would come] upon them if they believed in Allah and the Last Day and spent out of what Allah provided for them? And Allah is ever, about them, Knowing. (An-Nisa [4] : 39)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
അല്ലാഹുവിലും അന്ത്യദിനത്തിലും വിശ്വസിക്കുകയും അല്ലാഹു നല്‍കിയതില്‍നിന്ന് ചെലവഴിക്കുകയും ചെയ്താല്‍ അവര്‍ക്ക് എന്തു ദോഷമാണുള്ളത്? അല്ലാഹു അവരെപ്പറ്റി നന്നായറിയുന്നവനാണ്. (അന്നിസാഅ് [4] : 39)
