۞ وَاِذْ نَتَقْنَا الْجَبَلَ فَوْقَهُمْ كَاَنَّهٗ ظُلَّةٌ وَّظَنُّوْٓا اَنَّهٗ وَاقِعٌۢ بِهِمْۚ خُذُوْا مَآ اٰتَيْنٰكُمْ بِقُوَّةٍ وَّاذْكُرُوْا مَا فِيْهِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُوْنَ ࣖ ( الأعراف: ١٧١ )
Wa iz nataqnal jabala fawqahum ka annahoo zullatunw wa zannooo annahoo waaqi'um bihim khuzoo maaa aatainaakum biquwwatinw wazkuroo maa feehi la'allakum tattaqoon (al-ʾAʿrāf 7:171)
English Sahih:
And [mention] when We raised the mountain above them as if it was a dark cloud and they were certain that it would fall upon them, [and Allah said], "Take what We have given you with determination and remember what is in it that you might fear Allah." (Al-A'raf [7] : 171)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
ഓര്ക്കുക: നാം അവര്ക്കുമീതെ മലയെ കുടയായി പിടിച്ചു. അത് തങ്ങളുടെ മേല് വീഴുമെന്ന് അവര് കരുതി. അപ്പോള് നാം പറഞ്ഞു: ''നാം നിങ്ങള്ക്കു നല്കിയത് മുറുകെപ്പിടിക്കുക. അതിലുള്ളത് ഓര്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷ്മതയുള്ളവരായേക്കാം.'' (അല്അഅ്റാഫ് [7] : 171)

നാം പര്വ്വതത്തെ അവര്ക്കു മീതെ ഒരു കുടയെന്നോണം ഉയര്ത്തി നിര്ത്തുകയും അതവരുടെ മേല് വീഴുക തന്നെ ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് അവര് വിചാരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത സന്ദര്ഭം ഓര്ക്കുക. (നാം പറഞ്ഞു:) നാം നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് നല്കിയത് മുറുകെപിടിക്കുകയും, അതിലുള്ളത് നിങ്ങള് ഓര്മിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക. നിങ്ങള് സൂക്ഷ്മത പാലിക്കുന്നവരായേക്കാം.
