يٰٓاَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ جَاهِدِ الْكُفَّارَ وَالْمُنٰفِقِيْنَ وَاغْلُظْ عَلَيْهِمْ ۗوَمَأْوٰىهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيْرُ ( التوبة: ٧٣ )
yāayyuhā l-nabiyu
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِىُّ
O Prophet! O Prophet!
ഹേ, നബിയേ
jāhidi
جَٰهِدِ
Strive (against)
നീ ജിഹാദ് (സമരം) ചെയ്യുക
l-kufāra
ٱلْكُفَّارَ
the disbelievers
അവിശ്വാസികളോട്
wal-munāfiqīna
وَٱلْمُنَٰفِقِينَ
and the hypocrites
കപടവിശ്വാസികളോടും
wa-ugh'luẓ
وَٱغْلُظْ
and be stern
നീ പരുഷത (കാഠിന്യം -ഊക്ക്- നിര്ദ്ദയത) കാണിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക
ʿalayhim
عَلَيْهِمْۚ
with them
അവരോട്, അവര്ക്കെതിരില്
wamawāhum
وَمَأْوَىٰهُمْ
And their abode
അവരുടെ സങ്കേത - അഭയസ്ഥാനം
jahannamu
جَهَنَّمُۖ
(is) Hell
ജഹന്നമാകുന്നു
wabi'sa
وَبِئْسَ
and wretched
വളരെ (എത്രയോ) ചീത്ത (മോശം)
l-maṣīru
ٱلْمَصِيرُ
(is) the destination
തിരിച്ചെത്തുന്ന (മടക്ക) സ്ഥാനം
yaaa aiyuhan Nabiyyu jaahidil kuffaara walmunaafiqeena waghluz 'alaihim; wa maawaahum jahannnamu wa bi'sal maseer (at-Tawbah 9:73)
English Sahih:
O Prophet, fight against the disbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh upon them. And their refuge is Hell, and wretched is the destination. (At-Tawbah [9] : 73)
Karakunnu/Elayavoor (കാരകുന്ന് & എളയാവൂര്):
നബിയേ, സത്യനിഷേധികളോടും കപടവിശ്വാസികളോടും സമരം ചെയ്യുക. അവരോട് പരുഷമായി പെരുമാറുക. അവരെത്തുക നരകത്തീയിലാണ്. അതെത്ര ചീത്ത സങ്കേതം! (അത്തൗബ [9] : 73)
